Through guided meditation, intentional breathwork, and gentle movement, this programme offers a safe and inclusive space for Pacific and Māori Rainbow communities, their families, and allies to connect, heal, and grow.

Discover the joy of cooking and connection!
Puāwai – Kai is a free, 8-week healthy lifestyle and cooking course designed to inspire you to make positive changes in your health and wellbeing. Whether you’re managing diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, or simply want to learn new skills, this course is for you.
What You’ll Experience:

Weeks 1-3: Learn about nutrition, lifestyle changes, and how sleep, stress, and activity impact your health. Enjoy shared kai prepared by our team.

Weeks 4-8: Hands-on cooking sessions where you’ll prepare and enjoy delicious meals with others.
Who Can Join?
Open to all! Spaces are limited to 14 participants per course, so register early to secure your spot. A commitment to the full 8 weeks is encouraged to make the most of the experience.
